With reference to the Note to the Minister
of State which formed the enclosure to despatch No. 554
from this Eubassy of the 7th September last, I have the
honour to inform you that I have received a reply from
the Minister of State saying that as from the 19th instant
orders have been issued that copies of all licences issued
by the Spanish Government for the export of arms either
to Hong Kong or via Hong Kong to China, will be forwarded
to this Kubasay for transmission to His Majesty's
Government.
